Scott Davis – Director of Government Engineering

Scott Davis brings more than 20 years of experience to MTNGS with a focus on satellite communications management and systems engineering.

Prior to joining MTNGS, Scott held a senior-level engineering position as a contractor in the White House Communications Agencies Planning Division. In this role, he was responsible for ensuring that satellite communications and network services were available globally 24 hours a day. He also managed the agency’s RF Spectrum assignments. Davis retired from the United States Air Force as a Master Sergeant after 20 years of service.

Davis earned his associate’s degree through the Community College of the Air Force in electrical engineering. He continued his education through the Air Force training command at Keesler AFB, in RF spectrum management and satellite systems engineering.
